Outgoing Staff Mobility for Teaching or Training

Staff mobility for teaching or training provides opportunities for UACEG faculty and staff members to visit foreign universities with which UACEG has bilateral Erasmus+ agreements to participate in the educational process.

To ensure that mobility activities are of high quality and have maximum impact, they must be linked to the professional development of the staff member and tailored to their specific field of expertise and personal growth needs.

The duration of the mobility is 5 working days. For teaching staff, a minimum of 8 hours of teaching activity is required.

Eligibility: All UACEG faculty and staff members are eligible to participate in the Erasmus program, regardless of their position or academic degree (professors, associate professors, assistant professors). Priority is given to staff members who have a primary employment contract with UACEG.
Staff members are entitled to participate in one Erasmus+ mobility per academic year. An additional requirement for participation is proficiency in the foreign language in which the teaching or training at the host university is conducted.

A University Selection Committee performs ranking in cases where there are more candidates than available mobility placements.
Mobility for faculty and staff members is carried out during the academic semesters of the respective host universities.

The teaching period abroad at a partner higher education institution (HEI) allows UACEG faculty to teach at a partner HEI abroad.
Staff mobility for teaching can take place in any field of study.
The goal is to establish new contacts of a scientific and didactic nature, and to initiate and maintain cooperation that serves as inspiration for improving the didactic and research potential of the department and/or the university.

The training period abroad at a partner HEI allows any staff member to participate in a training activity abroad that is relevant to their daily work at UACEG.

This is carried out in the form of training events (excluding conferences) or job shadowing/observation periods.

The goal is to improve qualifications and acquire skills that will contribute to the team's overall performance and increase awareness of intercultural differences.
