Environmental Engineering

Become an Environmental Engineer and build a greener future!

The "Environmental Engineering" program combines science, technology, and innovation to find sustainable engineering solutions to environmental problems and/or the environmental impact of future or existing engineering structures. The program studies the protection and treatment of air, water, and soil and their effects on human health; water resource management; environmental aspects in construction and the management of engineering water systems; green energy sources; waste management; environmental impact assessments; and the ecological aspects of the circular economy.

After completing the Bachelor’s degree, students can continue their education in the Master’s degree program in Environmental Engineering. This provides an opportunity for a joint 2-year Master's program in English at the University of Naples "Federico II", Italy, leading to a Bulgarian diploma "Master of Environmental Engineering" and an Italian diploma "Master of Environment and Land".

You will be trained in modern laboratories with the latest equipment to apply what you have learned in practice.

You will gain knowledge from lecturers with active professional practices who will bring the real world of environmental challenges and solutions to the classroom.

You will have the opportunity to work on Bulgarian and international projects, gaining valuable experience from leading experts.

Environmental Engineering is your chance to build a successful career in a dynamic and high-demand sector.
