The organization of Erasmus+ study mobility involves CIAMS inspectors, students, and doctoral candidates.
All host universities have specific and strictly enforced registration deadlines for Erasmus+ students. It is essential to monitor these, as registration is impossible once the host university's deadlines have passed.
When completing application documents, please use the UACEG Institutional Information.
Students and doctoral candidates must carry out individual tasks and provide documents related to the preparation and implementation of the mobility:
- Application Form (Registration Form)
- Learning Agreement for Studies - Before the Mobility

Full Guidelines (in English) - EU Academy Language Test Result: https://academy.europa.eu (Registration Guide)
Before the start of the mobility, an online language test is offered to assess the language level. The test is for assessment purposes only and is not eliminatory; it aims to track language development while studying in a foreign language environment. The result can be sent to aceint@uacg.bg.
After reviewing the documents and at the discretion of the host university, nominated students/PhD students are accepted for study. This is confirmed by a Letter of Admission/Acceptance, which must specify the period of study.
Once all necessary documents are sent to aceint@uacg.bg, CIAMS prepares a Grant Agreement between UACEG and the student for mobility funding.
The first day of the academic year is usually an organizational or orientation day for incoming students, the so-called "Welcome Day." Attendance is highly recommended.
Upon arrival at the host university, the student must complete:
- ARRIVAL FORM - Confirmation form for the mobility start date.
- Learning Agreement for Studies (During the Mobility) - Changes to the Learning Agreement.
More detailed information regarding the content and completion of the document can be found here.
Reporting of the completed student mobility for the respective academic year is done by submitting the following documents within the specified deadline:
- CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE - To be sent to CIAMS via email by the host university, or an original signed and stamped copy presented by the student.
- Learning Agreement for Studies (After the Mobility) - Transcript of Records.
- Travel documentation (tickets/boarding passes).
- Online EU Survey.
- "My Erasmus" Report.
More detailed information regarding the content and completion of the required documents can be found here.
