The Division provides training in foreign languages and Bulgarian as a foreign language.
English, German, and French are taught to students from all faculties of UACEG.
The training is tailored to the students' language levels, the specifics, and the curriculum hours of the individual majors. It is based on textbooks, teaching aids, and terminological dictionaries in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, and geodesy, developed throughout the department's years of growth.

Bulgarian language is studied in preparatory courses for foreign citizens, as well as in the first and second years, focusing on academic style, construction and architectural vocabulary, and the specific terminology of UACEG.
