Official Opening of the MUSEUM OF THE FACULTY OF GEODESY at UACEG
On December 10, 2025 (Wednesday) at 4:00 PM, in the 4th-floor foyer of the Rectorate Building, UACEG will host the official opening of the MUSEUM OF THE FACULTY OF GEODESY (Invitation attached).
The Museum of the Faculty of Geodesy at UACEG was established in 2023. Its foundation was laid by the research project "Digital Geodetic Twins at UACEG," led by Prof. Dr. Eng. Temenuzhka Bandrova. The development utilized resources obtained from a 2022 research project titled "Creating 3D Models of Architectural Objects Based on Hybrid Laser Scanning Technology," led by Assist. Prof. Dr. Eng. Tsvetelina Atanasova-Evdenova. The scanned atlases and maps were provided following the work on the 2014 project "Creation of a Digital Cartographic Archive and Catalog of Cartographic Publications," led by Prof. Dr. Eng. Petar Penev.
